LIGHT MORE RESOURCES FOR LESS CONSUMPTION
Cristal Union is also working to reduce the overall weight of packaging : a packaging made with less material is lighter and reduces the environmental impact of transport. In 25 years, the research teams , Development and Marketing have reduced by 30% the body of the package of sugar powder 1 kg box , as shown in the graph below . For example , in 2015 and the only Daddy green box , this represents 60 tonnes of packaging less than in 1990. Cristal Union also adheres to the program run by reducing Eco- packaging, sorting and recycling of packaging , to improve the rate of recovery and recycling of packaging after use.
